STOP WASTING TIME    |    STOP WASTING ENERGY    |   STOP WAISTING MONEY

I  went from a hot mess mama, constantly yoyo’ing to building habits that helped me shed the unwanted weight, gaining more energy to keep up with life… all while eating brownies and staying out of the GYM! 

Now I  guide others like YOU to chase the same freedom I  have found one brownie at a time. 

IT ALL STARTS with the first steps…

THE YOYO IS REAL YALL! You and I  both can agree that DIETS don’t work!

Does that stop us from trying all the things…. To see that all those things DON’T WORK! 

NOPE! 

We waste time chasing the dream.. the dream to one day be skinny enough to finally be happy in our own skin and then all our problems will be solved. 

This leads from diet to diet, hoping for that MIRACLE or magic pill… shoot even a special drink to make this happen. 

BUT NO MAGIC POTION EXSIST! 

The real answer is we live in FEAR of food.. we don’t know how to properly fuel our bodies and it leads to the habits we have formed taking control so ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. 

THERE IS A BETTER WAY…. THERE IS AN ANSWER TO FREEDOM FROM FEAR I  KNOW BECAUSE I  FOUND IT. I  LOST 35 LBS FINDING IT… AND HAVE HELPED OTHERS  FIND IT TOO! 

This was me at 190 lbs. >>>

Now my weight gain wasn’t a fast occurring issue. Babies, hormones, brain tumors, you name it my body went through it and the pounds just kept adding up. To the point I didn’t recognize myself, as I was so tired all the time, all I wanted to do was sleep. I  was a mom whose only plan for the day, was when would my kids nap so I  could veg out on the couch, and or grab the wine, chocolate, and popcorn when I  was stressed because “They made me feel better”.   I tried on my own to loose the weight and I did, I lost some weight but as quickly as I would loose it I would gain some back… it was a vicious cycle. I  thought that if I  lost the weight I  would be happy.. that it would all of a sudden fix everything in my life.

And guess what… 

I  WAS WRONG! 

What I  found was, like many others, the weight didn’t define me… loosing it didn’t provide me a miracle of happiness it was a temporary problem that needed a permanent solution. This was the answer to STOP THE YOYO! I  took a leap of faith… I  said YES to building habits, and learning about myself.. to working on the heart work.. and the mental work it took to set my mind free! 

FREE FROM:

>FEAR

>FAILURE

>NOT BEING WORTHY 

>BEING THE FAT MOM

>BEING NAKED WITH MY HUSBAND

>HATING THE MIRROR

>BAD HABITS 

>EXHAUSTION 

And the list goes on…

Start listening … you are worthy of a different route. You are worthy of change, and happiness YOU are worthy of standing in front of that mirror NAKED and falling completely in LOVE with the image staring back at you. YOU are worthy of change it’s your time! 

So how did I  do it? How did I  completely fall in love with myself, kicking fear of food to the side, and learning how to create habits that would provide lifelong transformation for me? Well it wasn’t just ONE thing it was a combination of things… and I  created a quiz for you to help you see how healthy your habits are and if these things are right for you as well. 

Say goodby to the GYM (for now) say peace out perfection… STOP counting the calories … Kick those KETO meal plans to the curb… and MACROS.. what are those again? Well you don’t have to worry about them so it really doesn’t matter! You are going to be walking into a season of growth and change.. that will lead you to a transformation that is lifelong.
